This equipment is a kind of contactless back-up rectifying control unit to provide the lifting magnet with DC power supply. It mainly handle the coil, roiled strip, billet, ingot and steel plate, and work in the place where back-up is required. 

The contactless control panel adopt four-quadrant and non-circulation controller. When attraction happens, system works in the first quadrant, output positive excitation current. When releasing happens, the system works in the second quadrant, feedback the stored power in the magnet to the electricity grid; then work in the third quadrant, output the reverse demagnetizing current which eliminate the remain magnetism, and drop the material; finally, work in the fourth quadrant, feedback power in the magnet which stored from the demagnetizing process into the electricity grid.
