1. Spring type cable drum is designed for all kinds of mobile appliance.
2. Drum length of cable is based on L installation pattern Drw. The available cable length are:
1 L+3 loops for pattern A
2 L+h+3 loops for pattern B(value h must be noted when ordered)
3 L+H+h3 loops for pattern C, D.
4 The available length of the cable for pattern E、F, confirmed per the customer's on-site condition, specified separately when ordered.
3. In pattern C, the drum is fixed on the ground. When coiling up or spooling off the cables, there appears relative friction between the cable and the ground. Thus, a rollway nest should be mounted within the cable motion area to minimize wear-and tear of the cable.
4. In pattern D(horizontal coiling), when H ≤1.5m, The available length of the cable is L+3 loops. And when H>1.5m, Value H should be specified when ordered.
5. In pattern F, (suspended coiling)generally H=0.14L, h=0.5H.If H＜0.14L, h<0.5H, the value H should be specified when ordered.
6. Cable drum will be equipped with specially designed rolling wheel brackets for the convenience of installation if provided with electric block to rum on the single bridge travelling crane.
7. Cable drum coiling-up and spooling-off directions are marked the overall dimension drawings, Make noted when ordered unless otherwise specified.
8. On the column of "weight in the overall dimension data" , which don't include the weight of the cable.
9. Various cable drum listed on the selecting table are the finalize series that company produce and design products. Our company according to the designs with special demands of a lot of users produced a batch of special drum in the past few years, coiling up cable core number is up to 32 phase, as well special use products coiling up 2-3 cables at the same time.
Special sizes and special purpose of the products can be consulted or negotiated between customer and the producer on meeting or on written letters.
