1. Stirrer body

      Construction for the magnetic pole
      Square billet----3-phase 2-pole or 2-phase 2-ple(6 or 4-pole)
      Mode of the magnetic field
      Square billet----mostly is rotation magnetic field, some is traveling wave magnetic field( 4sides work down, the center works upwards, with brake function), and spiral magnetic field.
      But the spiral magnetic field has not been applied in the production because of the technological difficulties.
      Coil
      It is divided into solid sintered pellicle lead and hollow lead, the former is better for manufacturing, maintenance and cooling, while the latter is more advantageous in large power, high voltage, service life and consumption of cooling water.

      Crystallizer electromagnetic stirrer----2.5-6 Hz
      Second cooling section (incl.craystallizer) electromagnetic stirrer 30~60 Hz
      Freezing terminal----3-15 Hz

2. Frequency conversion & contrlling system

      The LF power-supply of 2 or 3 phase both adopts the frequency conversion mode of AC-DC-AC, high carring frequeng SPWM modulation, intelligent power module contravariant, and bridge sine wave output. Each set of stirrer is equipped complete and has the controlling & inspecting functions of the current, voltage, frequency, water temperature, water volume, coil insulation and balance check.
      We can supply all kinds of products of domestic model according to the customer's requirements, or the assembling type of imported transforming frequency conversion(VVVF).

3. Circulation system of water cooling

      The heat source is mainly from the ambient temperature conducted by the coil, iron core and radiatin. The water flow, area of heat exchange should be 20% more than the calculation value. The quality of water requires that all the conductivity, content of germ, PH value, ferro oxide, content of CaCo3 and size of particle thickness should be within the allowable value, so that it can assure normal operation( this item can be supplied by the user).

4. Power-supply transformer

      A group of electromagnetic stirrer(multi-units) can be shared with 1 unit of power-supply transformer. To assure safe production, we offer the special kind of transformer with isolation treatment. The selection of its capacity is generally 125% of the actual consumption power(this item can be supplied by the user).
