1.Counting the torque which the cable drum is needed based on the formula T=h.d.w.1/J

Note: The output torque of the cable drum must be great than torque counted.

         T:   torque

         H:   installation height of cable drum

         D1:  coil bar diameter of the cable drum

         W:   length unit of the cable

         J :   capacity is 0.85

2.Based on torque counted, cable specification (cable core number for power, cable core number for control, voltage, and the model designation), thus , confirmed  the cable drum model.

Special purposes of products can be noted the requirements as cable data, cable capacity length, voltage, cart operating speed and installation height of the cable drum should be specified when ordered, so we can  assist customer  to confirm the cable model.

Pattern selection attention:

1.Coiling up in single row, the value W of coil bar width confirmation: round cable width  is l.1 times of the diameter, flat cable width is1.2 times  of  cable' s.

2.Cable drum for control, increasing one phrase, and  the total length should  rise 25 mm  accordingly.

Cable drum operation principle:

    Long-timely hindered rotation type which the power part of cable drum and regulating speed part beared by motor with uniqueness electrical and mechanical, which has a wide of speed adjustment and softer mechanical characteristics. The corresponding change of the rotational speed of the motor happens when changing in load, namely load increases the rotational speed to drop, load drops the rotational speed raises. It features all long and steady operation at whatever of their torque and rotational speed of mechanical curves.  So can guarantee the cable obtain proper coiling speed and pulling force on the corresponding radius.

1. Coiling up: Cable motor outputs torque as power force, coiling up cable by reductor running the spool to coil up cable.

2. Release cable: Motor leaves strength of hindering from torque, preventing the cable from drawing spool fast, it guarantees putting synchronous of releasing cable.

3. When machinery shutting down, long- timely motor have plate type often close brake, which can guarantee the cable will not back fall from a plate for the action of the gravity  when  power cutting off.

Long-timely hindered rotation torque motor type cable drum electrical data and features:

1.1 The cable is invariable to tension among the full coil bar from empty one, applied to under the working situation of long-timely low-speed, frequent operating in positive and oppose rotation.

1.2 Different from general motor is that it supplied with small current and it can long -timely hindered rotate,  reverse rotate.

1.3 It has tested in 8-10 hours hindered rotation before assembling, the motor rises warmly < 65K in hot state, hindered rotation torque decreases in 5% of the ranges.   

       Brake consists  of  magnetism  yoke, excitation coil, spring, brake disc, armature, gear wheel cover, manual releasing the device, screw etc.

       The brake is installed and covered in the back of the motor, adjusting and installing screw reach suitable air (space) crack value, and brake disc and gear wheel cover  band motor drive shaft.

When excitation coil of brake being at putting through the rated voltage, the electric magnetic force sucks the armature, making armature be independent from brake disc (release). The axle of the motor drives brake disc being under normal operation, when the motor cuts out, and the brake cuts out at the same time too, the spring oppressing the armature at this moment which forcing between brake disc and armature and ring flange produce the torque of friction, making the axle of the motor park to rotate fast.

2Electricity (the signal) transmitting part       

Collector ring chamber can be divided into power and signal transmission from usage, and can be divided into 380V500V3KV6KV10KV, etc. according to the grade of voltage.
