Features:
In consideration that it will occur distortion and transformation when handling long steel plate, so in this case please use a combination of multi-units. As for medium & large sized plates (6-32mm), the space between each magnet is about 3-4m and the extension length of both ends is half of the space between magnets.

       During the operation, the distortion of the steel plates will affect safe transporting. Please pay attention to the relations among the magnet length (dimension A) and plate thickness & width. For details, please see main specifications list.

   With rational distributing of magnetic circuits and deep magnetism penetration, this series is specially designed for lifting and transporting steel plates. The operations are safe, quick and accurate.

    It adopts full-hermetic structure and has light weight. The coils have been done vacuum trying and glue infusing treatments. The insulation is anti-aging and so has long service life.

    The rectangular magnet can generate well-proportioned magnetic field in the length direction so that it can assure stable attraction force even when the steel plate is distortion.  Meantime it adopts the control mode of strong excitation and can achieve to control the numbers of steel plates to be lifted at a time.

The small round magnet is specially designed for lifting and transporting 1 pc of plate at a time. 




MW84 Series Lifting Electromagnet(350 type)



Features:It is suitable for being used in medium & thick plate mill, shipyard machine making factories and etc, The operation of 1 sheet or a certain pc of steel has the characteristics of portability and low power consumption. According to the customer's requirements, it is possible to make special design of high-temperature type product to handle steel plates below 650
.

Note: The MW84-9030T sum settles the electric voltage as Vs DC-110V.

MW04 Series Lifting Electromagnet

 

Features:Small round electromagnet is suitable for lifting and transporting single sheet of thin palte,long plate. Suitable for transporting and arrangment of pressure process of thin plate and tin making. It ca handle 1 pc of plate at a time and subsidiary transporting for the cutting machine and welding operation. It can do feeding operation for all kinds of machines, such as caster. It can be used as magnetic tongs, magnetic hands on machanical equipment, which can attract tiny articles. When model selection, please pay attention to the plate thickness, width, length and weight, if the plate specifiction are too many, please learn the max and min data in order to make the optimum selection of magnet model and quantity and control panel.
